Simple, online enrolment process
Documents needed for enrolment
We'll need to collect some important documents as part of the enrolment process. When you're ready to enrol, you'll receive a link to an online enrolment application; you'll need to upload these documents as part of that application.
The more prepared you are, the smoother the process will be so please ensure these documents are ready to go when you are.

Centrelink Reference Number (CRN)

Medical Plan, if your child needs one
Please note:

a CRN is only required if you are eligible to receive the Child Care Subsidy. If you are eligible for the Subsidy but you do not have a CRN at the time of enrolment, you can apply for it after you complete the online enrolment form. We'll tell you how, and

a Medical Risk Minimisation Form (this is only needed if your child has a medical management plan due to a medical condition. A copy of the form is provided with the online enrolment application)
