Simple, online enrolment process
Documents you will need
We'll need to collect some important documents as part of the enrolment process.
When you're ready to enrol, we'll email you with a link to an online enrolment application form; it's best to collect the required documents before you complete the form.
Birth Certificate
A copy of your child's birth certificate
Photo
A current photo of your child
Immunisation
Your child's immunisation record
Medical Plan
If your child needs one
Centrelink Reference Number (CRN)
Your child's CRN
A CRN is only required if you are eligible to receive the Child Care Subsidy.
If you are eligible for the Subsidy but you do not have a CRN at the time of enrolment, you can apply for it after you complete the online enrolment form. We'll tell you how.
