Hello. I'm Sue, I'm the Managing Director of Kidzspot Early Learning Centres. I am a qualified Early Childhood Educator, owner operator and experienced service provider.
We developed Kidzspot based on one key principle: to create centres that we would send our own children to. Knowing what is important to us as parents, we know that, regardless of culture, race, religion or location, every parent's main priority is the safety and wellbeing of their child. It takes a certain type of person to work with young children.
We look for qualified people who have a positive, warm and caring approach towards others, those who have the energy and ability to interact and engage with children in meaningful ways that will support their growth and development.
It takes a very special person to do this all day, every day.
In addition to formal vocational qualifications, and in line with child safety practices, all new Kidzspot employees:

are checked on the National Childhood Worker Register

must obtain a Working with Children Clearance Check as well as a national police check

must hold current First Aid, CPR, and food handling certification.
